The Stim Flex 400A is a complete unit with bipolar and monopolar electrodes, and a transformer (wall) charger. It utilizes all of the nogier frequencies (1 - 160 hertz) and wide range of currents (10 -150 microamps) to treat auricular or body points. The Stim Flex also has an automatic mode (recommended) for treating points with the correct polarity or manual mode if you choose.
